Jerri M. Blaney, P.A. has had a presence in Palm Beach County for more than fifteen years. The firm concentrates primarily in the areas of closely held and family owned businesses, estate planning, family limited partnerships and other tax related matters. The firm president is one of the few lawyers in Palm Beach Gardens certified in wills, trusts, and estates by the Florida Bar Association. The firm maintains an active presence in community activities and local charities. The firm philosophy is to analyze the client's options, communicate those options and the ramifications of the choices to the client and allow the client to make an informed choice. It is also the philosophy of the firm to legitimately minimize taxes to the extent permissible under the Internal Revenue Code.
